The Centrum is a Dallas landmark, located in the heart of the popular Oak Lawn district.  These homes are cantilevered on the top of the building giving it a unique and unmistakeable shape.  It also allows for huge outdoor spaces, something that’s hard to find in newer condo towers.  The building went up in 1985, but the homes themselves were renovated prior to their initial sale in 2005.

Most of these modern homes are large 2 bedroom-2 bath floorplans, although there are larger “penthouse” homes located on several levels.  Because of the topography of the land the building feels taller than it is.  When you look out from the higher floors you may notice that you appear to be higher up than other taller buildings in the area!

Amenities are limited as there is no pool or spa facility, but there is valet parking, concierge service and excellent security.   The Centrum is also one of Dallas’ most walkable buildings, as it sits at the corner of Oak Lawn and Cedar Springs with restaurants, coffee shops, clubs, theaters and the Katy Trail all within easy walking distance.
